    So the old hot rod shop sent over an invoice that put the car 30% over my "do not exceed" price and then refused to answer the phone or return emails for nearly two weeks. I went over there today and am less than happy to say the least.

    They think what they've done so far is worth 17k and another 3-4k to finish. Smfh.
