    Haha Luther was hard to miss that’s for sure. I can’t begin to explain how blessed (and just damn lucky) I’ve been to have such amazing animals in my life. Luther was absolutely 1 of a kind. The biggest lovable dog you could ever imagine. We had all the faith in the world he’d never do anything to hurt Maxie. In the picture she had actually grown a lot and was maybe 1/3 of that size when she just casually walked up to Luther and claimed him as her new mama. She was only 3-4 weeks old according to the vet. I’ll cherish the memories and photos of them. No dogs ever since he passed- strictly cats now.

    Ok last picture for me tonight. Looked at quite a few pictures of max and I’m feeling like I did 5 years ago when she left us I know Luther is keeping a eye out for her up there. This was about 2 weeks after we brought her home from Mexico.

    I totally get it. They just grab ahold of your heart. They give us such enjoyment and love but darn when it’s time to say goodbye it’s just awful.

    YIKES! big dog small kitty. Love when dogs and cats get along so well, hoping for the best with brining home a puppy with my two adult cats. I'm not sure they will take kindly AT ALL. Have to be SUPER vigilant with a Weimaraner pup tho, VERY high prey drive and will attack any small thing that moves.
