T-SB-0062-18 Stumble at Wide Open Throttle Takeoff

The ECM update for both TSB's is identical. Different problems listed but same file to address the issues.
Both TSB's are available for download on TW. Also as previously mentioned, there are several discussions on TW regarding these two TSB's. I would recommend that if someone is going in for the ECM upgrade to read the TSB.

Check out this thread...it addresses everything about TS 58, 77 and 62. As long as you’re in warranty you should not pay for a known TS isssue.

You’ll find this thread very rich with info, insight, uncooperative dealers and so on.

    Good luck

It says right on the TSB that it’s covered to 80,000 miles. Toyota Corp pays the dealerships to do it, so the dealer doesn’t pay. On the service order they put a code to indicate to Toyota Corp they need to be reimbursed for the shop time. If the dealership charged the customer and the vehicle is under 80k miles then the dealership is double dipping and screwing the customer.

I'm going to have to do this come Friday when I get my 10k service done. The service dude that sits at the desk is a mothertrucking idiot. I'll have to stick to my guns, or find another stealership to get my service done at.

Go to Toyota-USA.com under owners and contact customer care and let them know. They will let them know! I did it as I had the same problem withmy service rep and the tech.

Added the Issyzone center console protective cover today and I have to admit that it’s far better than I thought it was going to be. It fits like glove and is comfortable.

I have no clue. Up to this point, my idea of detailing was a drive through an automated car wash:rofl:.
I just buffed it with the lower number, then worked up to the higher number.:notsure:

I mean that's the idea, and working in roughly 2x2 sections. Do up/down and left/right passes too. But I mean, pretty much anything you do is better than an automatic car wash! :bananadead:

You could open a retail shop.
My New Years resolution is going to be “no more buying until I use up what I have”
