Inferno Thread

i'm friends with the owner of that dealership and the service department there is awesome. NORMALLY, I would do things like this myself but it made me feel better to have several professional sets of eyes on the paint to make sure it was an even enough match. His taco was a '17 and mine's an 18'

 

I don't know about you, but I'd trust myself over them more, than let anybody else touch it.

New Inferno owner here . Do any of you regret picking inferno colour for your truck ?

 

No sir. I knew as soon as I saw it, that was my number 1 choice and I wasn't really willing to settle for any other color. Although, there are a handful of colors they have that I like.

You will fall in love with it more everyday. I asked myself the same question a few times but don’t anymore.

 

HELL TO THE NO! And I believe I speak for everybody, LOL

 

Heck, I even canceled two different color orders after I saw the inferno in person!

Oh no I don t regret choosing inferno for my colour but I do get some interesting comments from people like Happy Halloween and why that ugly colour with all the nice ones available . Its only been 10 days and love the truck and the unusual colour I picked . Plan to keep it 10 + years ( unless Tacoma comes out with a better 4 th generation of Tacos ) so no sale or trade in the near future

 

Never! Inferno is the best damn color for the Tacoma. I am just like others on here, as soon as I saw it I fell in love with it and had to have it. The blacks, charcoal greys, and whites are just plain jane vehicle colors to me anymore. My dealer had those colors on the lot, but I said to him, please order me an Inferno DCLB.

Sad situation, to be regretful or confused.

 

Good to hear you have no regrets. Sounds like others around you, have bad taste.

 

1. I've always loved orange. I think this color is orange with some red pearl or such in it.
2. Tired of seeing the typical colors on the road.
- Grey spectrum = black, white, grey, silver
- Neutrals = Tan, brown
- Primary = Red, Blue, Green

Only colors that stand out to me seem to be orange, yellow, and purple. And I'm just not the guy that can pull off yellow or purple.

Inferno is the only logical choice.

good to see another Alabamian in here! I was hell bent on buying a black tacoma when i went to buy one. I got to the lot and the black and the inferno were side by side. the black just didnt look brand new to me. You couldnt see the body lines near as well and the inferno was just over there shining. i was sold on the inferno after that
