No, full expo. Cage, drawers, tool box, etc.

My bed already gets filled with dirt and water, so cutycut holes in it isn't going to make it worse.

Sounds pretty overkill to rock an LT sua if its just an expo build, but a good ride is always worth it if you got the coin.

I'm hunting a good ride. Throwing the truck at boulders is getting old. Seeing the back country doesn't end.

Gears, lockers and 35s are next. And I have to sort out the rear end. But if I'm going to replace a bunch of shit back there no point in a half way step.

Very true man, half assing it would only annoy you in the long run. Would you eventually do something different with the front? I feel like an LT rear will have you wanting for the front after that's installed.

Maybe. The front does so much better than the rear it's hard to say. I want a LT front now, but IveI got a much of other stuff to do first.

With the TC SUA your ride will feel balanced in its current state, but man with that rear LT you would likely want a front soon. Would you glass any parts of the truck or just trim? I love having a 3.5 front.

I'll do glass eventually. I'm trying with a set of McNeal +2 fenders for my MT front. If I do LT in the front it's not an option, have to get the bigger glass.

Then I'll do the back to match. My other worry with front LT is making the rear track width relatively close.

Yea I bet if you go LT you will end up hunting down some +4 fenders although I’m sure many guys would love your +2 ones. From most I have seen, it’s more advantageous to keep the rear a little skinnier for turning and such so to me I never had a desire to match the front in width.

If I LT the front I'll definitely be putting +4 fenders.

A little difference front to back is okay, 6" is a bit much.

Eh I don’t really notice...that and guys have been running stock rear width for almost a decade. I understand being picky...but you don’t have to either.

I need to take a good look at your truck in the light and see how much it would bug me :).

Much like my exo-cage plans, I don't have to look at it, except on the grams, so that kinda tempers my concern.

Next time I'm in NOVA let's go grab a beer or six.

Yea man of course! I would be curious to see your plans on your ride as I’m sure you likely got concepts of your exo cage and stuff as it is. Atleast this way you could see the Bowner move to make sure you don’t do like the shop did with my rear shock spacing. Still salty about that.

I'll shoot you a note when I have a date for my next trip.

I have only a general idea for the exo-cage, need to look into requirements for cages more. Also need to get my engine cage designed

If you want to come up some weekend we can fix that shock issue in a couple hours.

Shit I might take you up on that! One thing that may not be a bad idea is to see my bed cage configuration and see how that you could tie in to that for an eco cage. I would assume that you would keep your bedsides clean of holes?

I want to keep my fenders clean, and my bed sides if I keep them, definitel caging the cab outside for a rack and because I like my airbags.

I was thinking of getting the TC SUA MT kit for my truck, how did you like it? Did you have any problems with it, either in general or during installation? Thanks

TC Mid Travel +2, TC SUA, king shocks, Swamp Donkey/Rigid lighting, Mechman alt, SOS/Boztek armor, ATH Fab tiedown, full active JL/Audiofrog sound system, NOICO sound deadening EVERYWHERE. Up next: roof/bed rack + dry storage, skids, bumpers, fiberglass, power wire upgrade + frame grounds, LTO battery swap, air compressor, on board pressurized water, powered cooler, suspension seats, frame reinforcement, solid motor/trans mounts.
I haven’t been particularly pleased with my TC SUA. Rides rough on small bumps but handles big obstacles well.
