They certainly don't need pity as that can be possibly dispensed by the Federal judge in the form of a shorter sentence.
They certainly need the hole they keep digging to bury themselves...

Wow saying they didn't take everything because everyone is getting refunded! Bahaha from the actual CC companies and Paypal, its not coming from their pockets.

Yeah that sucks, but it sounds like some ACH depending on the bank/credit union have a slim chance to get their money back.

Maybe going for an insanity defense. That is straight up delusional thinking and comprehension on how refunds work.

    Mods? Yes, oh yes..
They aren't responding to the disputes let alone paying anything out. Their merchant bank is issuing the monies on the disputes...not them. good grief. It's the cash and ACH transactions... are they making sure those get refunded....??? nooope.

Does the merchant bank not use PB funds to do that? Honestly asking. I didn't read a lot of the gentleman's posts earlier about how merchant banks work in that capacity. If so, then why would PB bother trying to issue refunds and who would honestly want them to. Let a merchant bank that knows what they are doing and capable of keeping the accounting straight do that.

Regardless, I don't understand why they keep getting on social like this - they have attorneys. Create a statement/PR release and stick to it. Keep the personal stuff out of it all.

Denial is a bitach. PB still think they aren't responsible. They are still lashing out. Unbelievable to most of us on the outside. I hope (sooner than later) they understand how to help rather than inflame those they've wronged.

A refund would imply that the seller is giving them money back willingly, not that people are having to use banking establishments to fight for their money back.
