    Just putting this out there for information purposes. I made an ACH $1k down payment. 43 days later I called and disputed and they got the money back within 48 hours. ACH refunds aren't impossible, I think it really depends on your bank.

    I filed a Credit Card dispute on day 57, which was 5 days before the Bankruptcy was filed.
    Still no refund...
    Synchrony Bank. (Affiliated with PayPal)
    They said they were waiting for a response from Pelfrybilked.
    Pelfreybilked says they've not disputed refunds...

    My bank denied my claim because I authorized the payment. I tried to explain that they charged a bunch of people for orderes and didn’t deliver. They stated that they only refund for “unauthorized” payments.

    I shot myself in the foot by closing the pp dispute. The bank gave me a temporary credit and then reversed it. Oh well.....
