Oh I agree. When you get into religious ran organization, it turns into a huge clusterfuck.

Yeah, the tree towers are getting much better, some you can't even tell. It's actually really easy for the cell companies to do it, it just takes the local government to require it. Otherwise they just throw up a fugly pole with giant antennas on it.

There's a really nice looking pine tree tower on the way to my parents house. It's really well done - looks natural... except for the fact they put it in a grove of Oak trees, and it stands 2-3x taller than all the other (real) trees.

There's one my wife told me about in Sacramento. I couldn't find it until she pointed it out, and even then, you can't see that it's a tower. It was on a building, and it was completely covered by what looked like a dormer.

    Kinda like this:

Not in this state. We may live in the bible belt, but we respect the seperation of Church and state. I wish I wouldve been able to go to a private Christian school, but public education did do me well. Ive just learned to understand the differences between the different ideas, and why I believe what I believe.

A school is not, nor should it be, a for profit business. So the standards for what make financial sense are different.

I'm a lefty too. I played for a while, even had some custom clubs. Then they got stolen when my dad's garage was broken into. Only consolation is that I can imagine the reaction when whoever stole them realized they were lefty clubs and therefore worthless on the black market, lol...

You all make me so glad I'm done with school, I don't "have" to do shit anymore. I do things to live comfortably, but that's feels more like it's for my own benefit than school ever did.

The cell tower thing is 100% NIMBY, it has nothing to do with the environment.
