Has anyone else had problems with the whole screen system resetting every once and a while? I had my truck in for my last list of complaints since it just went over 36k and complained about this issue.

The Dealership told me that this can periodically happen with just Bluetooth on. They also said the USB port is not for charging and if you are connected to Bluetooth and have your phone plugged in it will overload the unit causing a restart of the system.

I’ve experienced both. Anyone else have this issue?

BS! There is a Tsb for it. Happened to me all the time then the update fixed it. Don't know why dealers lie so bad!

Thank god... I am so sick of my system resetting everytime I try to use Siri or voice commands. :frusty:

Have had this happen recently too for the first time ever.

Don't remember if I was listening to music via bluetooth (probably was), but I'll usually see a black screen then toyota screen. It will do this twice back to back and then start back up.

Do you know what one it is? I’ve complained about it three times. They said my software is up to date so there is nothing more they can do.

Time to start dropping "lemon law" if it's been three times and they can't fix it.

I'm about to take mine in for this. Listening to Bluetooth and then attempting a call causes the POS to reset.

I've already been down that road long ago. Unfortunately, my problems were too far away from the time I bought. I looked into it. I've had tons of work done to stupid stuff. The GM over parts knows me by name if that tells you anything. I'm also not too worried about it. That's what a good service policy is for.
