    And honestly for what I paid for a small three bedroom town house gets me a beautiful home with close to 3 acres. For some of the ones I’m looking at. I have always wanted a fireplace too.

    Going to be at least a year, year an a half till we move maybe spring 2020. We will need at least 4 bedrooms. Going to spend somewhere in the range of 500k-600k. I can do the sub divisions because my kid just turned one so she will need friends and not live like the unabomber(how I would like to live, no one around me in the mountains). I’ve been looking on Zillow and see a lot of beautiful homes for sale so I don’t think I will have too much of a problem.

    My parents and brother both bought in Milwaukie in the last 2 years within a few blocks of each other...i'm tempted to move up there too...no rust and the money goes much further.

    I've been there before... haven't seen any off road trucks, mostly garage kept expensive cars.

    Money going a lot further is number 1 on my main reason to move to the mainland. And also people don’t drive slow in the left lane, and if they do they move out the way when you come up on them lol.
