I'm running LT 245/75-16 Grabber AT2, unsure of their weight and the Baja wheel combined, which is okay on road. When I throw on the 255/85-16 KM2s, that's when it goes to shit. But it'll still fall on it's face and need shifted down to 4th cruising the highways on a good hill, with stock size tires

Currently we do not have any 2.7L customers.
As far as numbers from our tune, we do not have any available yet.
This is time consuming stuff, to dive into a new ECU, and with our current commitments to the 3.5L, we have a lot of hours currently into that. Being a small team here, we can only work so fast.

I think you may have more customers than you think, I’d give you $600 in a heartbeat for tuning ability.

Everybody who has the 2tr knows it’s potential. These trucks are getting older—> more affordable, therefore people are able to mod them more. The ability to tune goes hand in hand with boost.

Honestly, I’d just like to make the most out the n/a truck, and get rid of the air injection system. I’m patient though

    Many mods to come.
Couldn’t agree more with that. There are a very sizable amount of people that would buy this tune once they knew it was out there.

I'm predicting 5-10WHP on cheap gas and 10-15WHP on premium, if anything at all. Maybe it'll be $200-300 though.

Apparently, if you :stirthepot: enough, the cockroaches start coming out the woodwork for scraps.

    "We don't have enough 2.7 customers"...sure...
Attitude like that is why I'll spend $400 on a header instead. The 4 banger always gets shit on.

I'm interested for my 2.7L! I'm not racing it though, so I'd rather see it stay down in the $200-$300 range.

I am sorry I did not mean it in any bad way against the 2.7L. What I meant is we have no 2.7 customers because right now we have no product. I completely understand there is a growing base of 2.7L owners, and we are going as quickly as we can, the 3.5L code is so complex it has taken up a LOT of our time.
Our software packages are ready, everything is ready to go we just need to get a truck on the dyno.

But I am not ignoring you 2.7 guys..

I don't have the skills to create it. I'll have to pay for someone else to do it. And I'll pay for quality, to be sure. I was just hoping out loud that an improvement for my wee 2.7 didn't break the bank (or my relationship with my bride!).
OVTune, you make the product, offer it for a fair price, and we'll be happy to be your customers!

That's just the update. After you buy the whole shebang, first time expense.

But, you do you. A better clutch, intake, header, and exhaust is the way to go. Tune an auto. Bolt ons for MT.

No way to maximize gains from breathing mods without changing how the brain handles them .
