This is why, in case y'all haven't noticed, why all my posts say DO NOT TAKE NO for answer and I specifically state that almost ALL customer service reps are wrong

As of just now Wells Fargo denied my ACH claim. They said I should take it up with the vendor (Pelfreybilt)
I indicated I could not contact them due to lack of response and could they please do a regulation E review.
I fear it's not looking good for me

Unknown what exactly happened with PB, but have read a number of posts.

OP is correct, stick with facts over speculation. I wish a positive outcome for all personally involved.

I can have it locked if I feel it is warranted. So far, it has stayed somewhat on course.

    Thanks, that would be correct.

    Reported.

    Thank you.

I just wanted to report that I rec'd an email from paypal yesterday saying:
    • We reviewed the information regarding the case below and have decided in your favor.

We’ve issued a refund to your PayPal Credit account for the disputed amount as well as any interest and fees related to the transaction. Please allow up to 5 days for this refund to be reflected on your account.

This case is now closed. We are truly sorry you experienced a problem with this transaction, but hope you are happy with the outcome.
So there's hope for some of us. Sill very upset over the whole ordeal but glad it's over with. Good luck to the rest of you. :fingerscrossed:

Got this same email from PP. It also says this:
If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
    privileges.

So I’m still not sure how it will play out since they prob won’t have the money in their account. Anyone get their money from PayPal yet?
