    Hey guys:

Does anyone know a manufacturer or contact that could make a REAR hidden winch plate for my 2016 Tacoma rear OEM bumper? (fullbox, tow package) I haven't bought a rear winch yet because I wanted to get one that will fit the form factor available (possibly the warn 9.5xp, it has very slim dimensions), BUT, any advice on the matter would be amazing!

I saw this post from a 2nd gen build (for reference):

    Thanks for reading guys!

    That is cool

It would be easier to make a truck with two front ends then just mount two front winch bumpers on each end

Why not just use a hitch mount winch, would make more sense for the amount one would use it. Can get the Mobtown front and then swap it between front and rear

That works, until you are stuck and either cannot remove the winch from the front or cannot insert it in rear hitch. Your best bet is to mount a winch on the front and never wheel alone, if you need a backwards pull the guy behind you can do it, and if you're the last in line you will likely be pulling forward anyway. I really dig the hidden rear winch and would do it but it wouldn't be a high priority.

I've never been that stuck that I couldn't winch out of, forward or back. Unless you wheel like this

You don't have to be all that stuck, a bad angle or a tree/rock could block either hitch.
