The wheels/Axles added length at 2" or so shouldn't make any difference at all.
Though I could be wrong because I'm not an engineer.
The Arc is controlled by the angel of the steering arms.

You are correct in that the degrees of arc is determined by the steering arm, but the 1.25" added by the spacers from the steering pivot point moves where the tire is in the well. As the outside edges of the tire swing as you turn, they are now closer to the bodywork and have the potential to rub.

This is the reason a 255/85R16 tire can clear the bodywork on a stock TRD OR wheel, but not clear the bodywork on a SCS Ray10 that has quite a bit less backspacing (puts the tire edge out farther from the hub)

Yeah, I figured these wire taps weren't that great. I don't have any soldering equipment and my knowledge/experience is very limited so I'm kinda hesitant to try that on my own. I'll look in to the Posi-Taps and see if maybe that'll be a better solution, at least until I can find someone to solder it for me.

Also, the truck is a '10 so I'm assuming the bumper has been on there since then. Previous owner lived in TX and I bought it in Central CA then over here to CO. Maybe the salt air in CA had something to do with it..

Finally got the OME BP51, SPC UCA’s installed with Falken WildPeak 270/70/17’s. Also went with a RCI skid plate and had a Cali Raised 32 light bar installed on bumper. Great setup so far.
