Edit: Grandson will only be 14 months old. He will want Grandpa to have awesome freaking blinkers. It is a safety issue, I have to keep him safe when he is in the old man's truck. These will be safer than my V3's I am sure... well that is the story I will stick with. Besides...... at his age.. he won't remember this Christmas anyway.. Right??

 

I like your logic... You also need:
Coin Holder - Don't want those loose coins flying around.
ECT Module - You need to smooth out that sudden stop/start/studder.
Tail Lights - Keep baby safe, right?
3rd Brake Light - See above, baby safety.
Dome/Map lights - better to see all those obstacles, but also cleaning up baby!
.... list subject to additional expansion!

I have the coin holder already - I hated all the rattling of coins so much there was a good amount of change that was just tossed out the window before I got the holder.
I rarely use ECT and after the TSB was applied the truck drives much smoother. I also have a heavy foot and the "learning" of the transmission has kind of "gotten" it.
Working on my own tail light mod. Sample plugs to build T-harnesses are pending from China
3rd brake light ... Waiting for KC version release, then to win the @mesojdm ordering lotto.
Might go red maps, but I am a bit adverse to bright light and see better than most in the dark so the dome is WAY too many lumens for me.

**I wear prescription sunglasses because transition lenses are not capable of darkening enough according to my optometrist. He has diagnosed me with photophobia ("Hyper sensitive" to light). I can and have read a book outside on moonless night with no added light and had no problems. Just this week I was wearing my sunglasses while driving home with my wife after 9 pm. She asked if they were too dark making it hard to see, so I said not at all and read a bumper sticker on a car several car lengths ahead of us. She thought I was making it up till I was within about 3 car lengths, then she saw it and said "Hell, I see it but still can't read it. Never mind you're good."

I have this issue too... have transition glasses at heaviest tint and frames (CoolClip) accept magnetic mount polarized dark sunglasses.

 

Really interested to see what you have coming for tail lights. Not a fan of our stocks and I love Meso's lights but he puts a lot of work into it and can't produce it fast enough for the demand. I like the Winjet ones too but i've heard horror stories.

 

I plan to relocate the reverse to a pair of 6" bars on the bumper and relocate the blinker to an amber bulb or LED, not sure if LED is worth the hassles to find the "right" resistance for my truck, in the reverse bucket. Then the [ and ] will be full running and brake likely change to LED, should be no resistor issue here. The plugs are an attempt to build it as a T harness rather than cut into the stock wiring.

I am one of those oddballs that likes to ensure I can remove or move as many of my mods as possible if I decide to trade-in or am forced to change trucks due to damages and insurance.

 

@mesojdm hey any chances at some mesocustoms stickers in the future? Maybe included with every order or just for sale on your website. I would absolutely rock one on my back window! Your logo looks pretty badass.
I love my V-4's!!! They are absolutely badass, I have had atleast 5 other Tacoma owners stop me and ask me where to buy a set of those. Lol.
