That red is tits, just a little too loud for me. I contacted Maverick about coating my Ray 10’s. $175/wheel. YIKES.
So I just sandblasted them today and figured I’d powdercoat them myself :/

Solid looking truck . How do you like the BP51's so far? I could see myself going that direction once my nitrochargers are shot.

Also check into marine grade butt connectors with the adhesive lining... Anchor makes good stuff. You just need to figure out what gauge your wires are, twist up and double the wires on one end of the connector, and then crimp them. Use a lighter or heat gun to heat the connector to activate the waterproof heat adhesive lining. Not quite as good as soldering, but a lot easier and plenty strong for that application.

Thank you. This old girl only has 65k miles so I decided to do a makeover. Love it so far. Beyond my expectations. Ride is completely different. Haven’t had it off-road yet but gonna beat it up a little this weekend.

you tube has a bunch of how to videos on soldering..not a hard skill to learn and in some cases it has advantages over crimping...

You could use Butt connectors and cover them with shrink tube. Those "T Taps" are crap. Where is the Salt air in Central California?, the only air there is hot.
