    Have dakars, and going to do a shock relocation with 12x2.5 and the total chaos relocation hoop. Best option to do the hanger with your stock shackle?

    You can either do HH with stock shackles upgraded with poly bushing option, or the 3.6".
    The TC hoop puts the top shock eye pretty low, why not the Archive relocation towers and save $350 and get better axle clearance?

    And I would have but I pulled the trigger on the TC kit before I was thinking about hangers and shackles. Spreading the love!

    Do you have a link to the poly bushing upgrade for the stock shackles?

    Sorry for all the questions - is there a downside at all to the 3.6" fabbed shackles aside from the price? From reading this whole thread finally it sounds like the 3.6" shackles would help the Dakars clear better on full droop but the design change to the tab already eliminated this clash?

    Swapped out my bent factory leaf spring hangers for the BEEFY Hammer Hangers from @ARCHIVE garage today.

    Install was pretty straight forward. Took a little while by myself but I just wanted to go through the whole thing slowly and take my time and make everything look nice. Took about 4 hours total.

    After removing the stock hangers and getting the Hammer Hangers on I felt an immediate difference in ride quality. Everybody has been saying that these have made their trucks ride smoother and I will be another person to attest to the fact that this is true. After torquing everything down I took a test drive around my area and headed straight for the crappiest road I could find and my truck felt substantially smoother. Very happy with these. Thanks Eric @ARCHIVE. Super stoked on these!

    Any chance the hangers would be offered in a non powder coated option?

    @ARCHIVE

    Post wheeling report after cutting part of the tabs off the Hammer Hangers but still leaving some of it there just in case I need it.

    So far I could not tell that I had any issues while on the trail, I thought I heard it grab once but I think it was something else as I did not notice any paint missing from it, but will need to check tomorrow when I working on the truck.

    Yes, I can do that right now, but let me know asap, as they are getting powder coated early this week. I highly recommend you get them blasted though whatever you're planning.

    These get blasted, powder primed and powder top coat

    Good to hear, thanks Steve. I'd like to see a pic of what worked after you get a chance to check it out

    (For anyone, new reading, this issue was eliminated a while back)
