    Even if you can physically remove the dead mouse you will have to clean up were it was laying.
    Had one die in my Polaris Ranger cab a few weeks ago and the smell was indeed pretty bad, had to wash the area and use an enzyme cleaner and I could still smell it.

    Good point. This week has been a blast. Monday morning, started up the truck to the delightful smell of urine. Tuesday, popped the hood, pulled a mouse nest out from under the engine cover. Wednesday afternoon, started up the truck to the smell of death. This morning, took the lovely picture posted above. This weekend I'm going to follow the tips above to add some hardware cloth to prevent them from getting in again.
