Sadly it isn’t.. I wish, be nice to have something cooler than my dad. I’ll get there eventually. The alternator seems to work fine, I just cannot stand the whine. I wanna be able to hear the engine and not the whine all the time..

Nope, just flushed it and replaced it all, been keeping an eye on it and it’s fine. I have a stethoscope, and the sound seems to come from the alternator. I checked the pulleys, and while one or two may need replacing soon, the noise isn’t coming from them.

Yeah, I will, but if I need to do the alternator, they’re gonna need to wait a bit. I’m not exactly rolling in money. After all I am in college and working part time. Plus my truck loan is being paid off too.

My biggest issue is whether I should buy a reman denso, or just get an aftermarket one and install it tomorrow. If I get a denso, I’ll have to order it and wait.

Surprised I haven't heard from my inlaws, they go almost every year and we attend with them frequently. I'll give a yell if we end up going.

Edit: shit just remembered, son has cross crountry practice Saturday morning and selling popcorn for scouts Sunday
