Does anyone have any problems w/ the clear after having had it applied for a while now? Just curious, b/c I didnt see plastics as one of the recommended uses on the krylon bottle. Thanks!!

X2. I've only had mine done for about a month now but everything looks good to me.;) Other Tacoma owners look at mine and its looks like they are wondering if they are aftermarket lights. Wish I could say they are just tinted. OH WELL!!!! Dont copy us fuggers!!! If they were on TW then they would know how to do it!!!:D

Has anyone tried using a candy red to tint the 09+ lamps?

I havent heard of anyone doing that but I think thats cause the 05'-08' tails have the red tinted lenses so when they came out with a clear lens for the 09'-10', people were pretty stoked about it.;)

Yeah, its just a bit too ricy for my taste. I know they make that film but I only want to cover the LED and chrome ring section. I like the amber turn and clear backup. I think the process should be the same tho, eh?
