We have those, but you don't have to pay them (no one seems to know this) as you have the right to be handed your ticket and face your accuser. Your accuser is a camera with an officer's name on the ticket and will not hold up. That's why as soon as you show opposition they start to bargain with you to seem lenient.

my town still has 2 crown vics. they spent money on getting them updated with some package. damn things are faster than the chargers they have

That's drop bracket standard travel with 3" body lift...

 

Or a body lift. Either way he has way more then 3” of lift
