Some models had clinometers, some just had pockets. That looks like a pocket spot. That one might have had a graphic equalizer.

 

Clinometer is on top of the dash if you look at the pics in the ad. Wonder why someone just took the pocket out and left it open.

EDIT: Jk, I have my ads mixed up. There's no clinometer on that LC.
