Weathertech goof

Greetings,

I just got my new weathertechs that I purchased with the group buy. I bought a set of front and rear for the access cab. I made a goof with the rear and totally forgot that I had the rear center storage box. As a result, the rear will not fit. I was curious if anyone else made this same blunder and tried making them fit buy trimming. If not, I may have the rear in black for sale. At the group buy price of course.

they will fit i think, gotta lift that storage box up and place the mat under i think.

 

Yea ^^^^ remove the storage box, lay down the mat, then reinstall the storage box. I left two screws out when I reinstalled the storage box because the mat blocked the holes. Works great!!!!

I just trimmed mine, did it in a hurry so it wasn't a very good job, but they do now fit back there!

 

I Did the Same. Reinstalled Storage box with only 2 screws. Don't Punch/Drill Holes Thru the Rear Liner, You Don't need 3rd & 4th Screw, Unless Your Carrying Gold In The Storage Box. Let Me know Where You Park It If You're Gonna Use All 4 Screws

 

I'm just OCD enough that I wanted to screw holes in it for a "tighter" fit. It sort of "bounced" when bumped into with my hand when I had only two screws in it.

I installed it back in April and have yet to have any reason to remove the rear liner. I just vacuum it when I do the rest of the car and if anything is on it I just give it a wipe with an interior cleaning cloth.
