When I was a little boy, I got paid 25 cents a stalk to pull up marijuana after my dad and crew found or busted them. Had to lay them out flat and bailing wire them together and load into a truck to be transported to a incinerator.

that's kinda cool, closest I've been to that is I sometimes have to witness evidence destruction, mostly phones, pills and homeade weapons.

Pay pretty well? I'm an SHSU alumni with a degree in CJ. Currently working as chemical plant security. Do I meet the requirements?

Oh I was not perfect growing up but never messed with drugs. The old man made sure I knew what it did to people. Went with him several times to transfer prisoners to Huntsville and got a first hand look several times of the inside. Was enough for me to know I would never go there.

Pay starts at 42k for invest trainee, then goes up based on rank, time or both. have to be able to pass background and a police academy for your license, unless you want to do admin or analytical (what I do) work. Admin or analyst's don't require much more than a degree and ability to type 50 wpm or better.

Nice. Forgot to mention I passed the police academy but I ran out of time and it expired before I found a job. Then I put on weight. Lol
