    So damn true. I wish I had a circuit actually capable of handling my welder. I was trying to use hurricane florence as an excuse to get a generator (capable of handling the welder) but my wife wasn't going for it.

    They only make steel for second gen tailgates. I have both the skin and the cap and reall like it.

    I used stock. I got it more for a smooth cooking surface. If you wanted it to really strengthen it up (like hauling a motorcycle on it) then get upgraded hardware.
