    Went through this similar deal when my uncle passed away left everything to me and nothing to his family. I hunted and fished with for many years and took care of him when he got sick till the day he passed away. The family not once called or came by to check on him till he passed away and then showed up wanting to collect on everything. They were very surprised when they found out I was willed all assets. Fought them for a year till the judge decide the case in my favor.

    My Dad left a will but the She Devil got him to sign over power of attorney in a weak moment. Once he passed away the will mysteriously disappeared & so did all respect for her.
