Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
Well when you're overloading i think on the swing-out vertical would be good. Easy access when/if needed without unloading a bunch of stuff.

Got MY fob from AJT Designs today. Today was also the day I got my 10k service done and had the 0058-18 flashed. My stealership did it with no questions asked. I think it helped that I had the paperwork AND spoke with the Service Manager about it.

    Working on them
Yes that I can Understand, I spend 5 days a week 10 plus hours a day working designs and modifying them that many times involve high risk to people if not properly researched and applied correctly around industrial equipment you learn to question and inspect everything multiple times, I have seen welds with bubbles in them or just looked more like they were not penetrated right on steel staircases that would be 3 to 4 floors up (small platform at each floor level) that had to be rejected and resulted in entire structure being torn down and built again <---- and oh man that pissed people off but technically this location is earth quake prone zone so the degree of standards are really watched out for. and one thing people miss is when bolting things together is they will say "Oh grade 8 that will be good" that is not always true a grade 8 bolt side shear can be lower than a properly installed grade 6 bolt!

good point, I too assume just because it's grade 8 it should be the strongest. but like you said, its the shear strength in this application that's important, not the pull strength.

It's one inch square and the bolts are 2 1/2 inches I think. Two inches would work better though. Or just cut off the excess.

Installed some 4x4 and TRD black emblems in the tailgate. Removed the V6 emblem but I am thinking of painting it black and putting it back on but in the lower right side corner of the tailgate. Will post pictures if I put it back on.
