saw one the other day: Looked like a Scion turning left...there was a turning lane and the idiot holds up traffic because they chose not to use the turning lane and still turn left blocking traffic.

also every town has the lights that last about 2 seconds and turn yellow/red and people are dinking around on their phones and dont move...causing you to hit 2 rounds of redlights...especially bad at intersections or turning left or right.

Yeah you give them a 1 second window before you honk, you honk, they look up from phone to mirror like hey who's honking, then look at green light, then cue the reaction time, and ah sh** the lights yellow and red.

    Saw a great one today.

In town one lane going north and one going south, turning lane in between. Car turning west/left in the turning lane, car going northbound puts on left turn signal in the north bound lane...passes car that was sitting in the turning lane...cuts in front of the car that was in the turning lane from the northbound lane and proceeds to go west/left like nothing happened...:D

This is getting bad here ... people walking in front or in back of the vehicle so that IF you bump them ... they can CRY LAWYER for a nuisance suit.

Cell phones (texting & etc) are still at the top of the list.

People who maintain their vehicles so poorly that the engines can be heard before the vehicle can be seen...

My Taco is pushing 90K and runs as quiet as a church mouse. My bosss '05 Honda Element has a little over 94K and runs and drives great!

Just so I don't seem biased in favor of foreign vehicles, my friend bought a 1997 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight LS from the original owner in 2004 or 2005, with 60K on the clock. He owned that car until 2010 and it had at least 150K miles when he traded it in for a 2006 Nissan Maxima SL. The Maxima had maybe 38K on it when he bought it, and it had over 160K on it when he traded it for a 2013 Altima about a year and a half ago. Both the Olds and the Nissan ran great (and silent)!

Today, I saw a 1998-2002 Subaru Forester that sounded like a bunch of nails in a blender under acceleration!

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.

I especially hate when I hear metal on metal when braking. Oh great, and we are all in danger, lets just hope you can stop when you need to.

Or bald tires. Can get away with that shit during the summer, but rain season is coming. Completely clueless of the danger they pose.

I suppose the brakes won't matter when the hydroplaning starts.

Been awhile now, but I saw a 1st gen taco going down the street with it's rear shocks ripped apart, so the lower half of shock was bouncing down the road and the upper half was just dangling. Was majorly tail high, and no rear bumper. stock sized tires. Was sad for that Taco... Oddly enough same stretch of road two days later I saw another truck dragging an intact shock down the road (lower mount came loose perhaps? Some people just can't take care of a car.

When someone is making a left hand turn and there's plenty of room for a vehicle to safely pass on the right. The person behind will either 1. Come to a dead stop right behind the turning vehicle or 2. Pull partially to the right, but not pass and block anyone else from passing.

#1 - Isn't so bad as I and others can get around easily.

    #2 - :annoyed:

I'm from what most people would call a small town in the "country" all my life.. I've took a few trips to New York City over the years, one thing that I don't understand is why everyone feels the need to constantly honk their horn? I can think of maybe a handful of times in my life I've actually used the horn, usually some one who isn't paying attention at a green light. But you see this sea of people sitting in grid lock traffic and everyone is honking there horn at each other as if a magic door will open up.. What is that solving? Ill never understand it.. There is no where to go except the back end of the next car!..
