About to order the top mount from Slick and Dirty.
I just want to make sure the coilovers part# are similar from XII Performance.

Just ordered the top mount from Slick & Dirty and QA1 coilovers, but went with 600lbs, since sway bars from XII Performance are not available anymore and hopefully less body roll...

I'm not looking for a comfortable ride, I have my daily for that, I want handling over comfort.
With XII Performance R&D, I'm driving the XR mostly on track days and weekend canyon drive, So 600 should a better choice.

Got my coilovers and haven't heard from Slick & Dirty for my top mount, might have to cancel and get from your source.

just a heads up for anyone interested in the coilovers. ebay has a 15% off $25+ orders on certain items. i have the qa1 DS502 for $273 shipped. also, has anyone looked into total chaos coilover mounts? they had a midtravel kit for the 05+ tacoma 5 lug. they stopped carrying the upper control arms, but im sure they have the mounts considering they sell the long travel taquito kits.

So the mounts between 5 and 6 lug seem to be the same. Here is a mount used from a 6 lug on mine.

I have tried, the bolt pattern on a 6 lug is 3 1/2" the 5 lug is 3 3/4" I would of used the 6 lug mount if it worked.

The holes on that braked looked like they are drilled oversized, which would work.

I made a drawing for a new mount if anyone is interested in having one made. It will work better if you plan on only using the coilovers.

I did make one modification on the drawing when fabricating

The tube length needed to be 1 5/8" instead of 1 7/8" this would leave more space for the bolt head and nut.

There is a guy on the Facebook runner page that put together a setup like that. He used Viking coilovers, unfortunately there is not any feedback as his truck isn’t running yet.

would it be easier to get a stem conversion and use the qa1 ds502 with a oem top hat?
