Ok, what the hell are switchbacks?

 

Switchback(to me) means the signal can have dual function. Example: DRL illumination, and Turn signal illumination.
That can be in the form of 2 different colors(most popular) like WHITE, switching to AMBER, then back to white.
But I have also done “single color” switchback AMBER solid. Switching on/off for turn, then Back to solid. If that makes sense?

That makes sense! That, and batong_23 sent me a video. To be honest, I don't like the light staying on when not in use as a turn signal. I don't think those are for me, but i'm sure thats exactly what other have been wanting.

 

Not defending but they are also custom painting them too. Hence the expensive price.

 

It’s personal preference. But the switchback requires additional wiring and most people just want a “plug and play” solution.

I get that, but the smoke tint version costs even more:O. I know how labor intensive painting is because that’s how I use to do my older versions. Thankfully now with the pre-impregnated smoke tint into the lens plastic, I don’t have to do that anymore.

 

What about a sweeping turn signal? Anything like that in the works?

 

That is called sequential.. and yes I have a new internal LED board in the works that will do that

 

Have been justifying why I should not get the V4's...already have the V3's, and they are fantastic. If you do sequential...I won't be able to keep my money in my bank account.

Will you be posting a video of both the white and amber DLR before putting them up for sale?

I can't decide if I want white DLR or amber....

 

I’m probably in the minority but I’m not a fan of the sequential blinker, but I do want Amber/Amber switchbacks.
Will your switchback model have normal blinker or only sequential?

 

I have the V2s and still ordered the V4s I have a problem.

 

He already did, a few pages back, do a little bit of work and find it

 

I saw one of them on a work bench but I'd like to see them on the truck if possible to give a better idea of how they look.
