Some people just can’t seem to jive with it. Don’t blame them it gets smoother with mileage but still can be annoying at times.

What started a as a slight annoying hitching feeling between 40-50, got much worse when they did the latest flash that fixed the highway shifting problems. Now it has a horrible bouncing/shaking between 40-65 (gained 15mph in the shake, and has gotten much worse). I tried using S Mode, still does it, both D and S with ECT, no change. My fiance can't ride in the truck currently because she gets nauseous from how bad it's bouncing and shaking now. Coupled with the crazy loud thump and jerk randomly when stopping, and rear end feeling like it's on a rumble strip when quickly accelerating into moving traffic from a dead stop. Worse experience in a Toyota I've ever had, and this is my 6th one. Dealer checked everything mechanical from rear tires to transmission and found everything tight and where it should be, and they can feel the crazy bouncing also.

I've had the Vehicle since October of Last year. I've been to the dealers over a dozen times (they printed me my vehicle history, should see how many pages there were, haha, ugh) . Maine does support the Lemon Law, and I believe it qualifies for it, but, sadly, I LOVE my truck that much, and have put a bunch of extra money into it that I'm worried I won't get back out of it. Upon Purchase, I didn't want the tech package due to all the extra sensors, so had dealer install Sunroof, Heated Seats, Tonneau, Exhaust, Blacked Out Windows, Lift/Leveling Kit, Wheels/Tires so that it would all remain under factory warranty.

I am at the point now though, that either I'm going to give them a week to get it fixed, see if there's a way they can replace the Auto Tranny w/a manual, or have to claim a Lemon Law. Shouldn't have a $44k Truck with this many issues for nearly a year. Super Frustrating.

EDIT: I'm at 23k Miles, so it's definitely past that "give it 1500-3000 miles to break in Tranny learning" stage.

Can you tell us about the lift and wheels? That is a data point that could be contributing to your issues.

Dealer did a Coil Spacer/Block combo, 2", leveling with a Differential Drop. Wheels are 18" Vision, with 275/65-18 Yokohama Geolander A/T G015's. Everything was purchased as far as all of that, as Certified from the Dealership.
