Getting TSB 0062-18 done in AZ

There is an update for the manual you should find the thread and look up the TSB!

 

automatic trans. if you specifically ask for the tsb they will deny ya. best to go in an give symptoms you've encountered.

 

"I go up north a lot and the truck seems to bog down when I take off at green lights. I googled it and I found this tsb number. is this something that would help my situation?" I think that's how I worded it when I asked.

 

Well as it turns out, my truck already had the 4B1300 (or whatever the updated ECU number is!) My truck actually doesn't have the 2nd gear stumble with my slightly larger 265/75's on.

 

Camelback Toyota did mine without any pushback. I emailed the TSB docs to my advisor and explained the symptoms. They applied the update during an oil change visit.
They have been awesome with me on any issue even with larger wheels, tires and suspension.

 

Got mine done at Riverview last week with no hassle.
