    What it is Phil? Glad you’re back to feeling better. What’s land going for ‘round your parts?

    We’re lucky to have a little over 1.5 acres; being only about 45min from Boston, that’s pretty hard to find. Next town over, my wife’s grandparents have about 44 Acres but are in the middle of nowhere.
