    I think I saw your truck in lemoore this week, do you live over by the park?

    I'm new to the 559 thread here BTW. I've got a lifted MGM Access cab OR. I do all my own work(except gears) so if anyone need a hand, I work for beer! Do you guys organize and meets on this forum often? I have yet to go to a tacoma meet since I've owned the truck (almost 3 years) and I'm looking to check out some other peoples rigs. If anyone want to plan a camping/ of reading trip that's somewhat local I'm up to go with. I'll be getting a bumper sometime soon, as long as cbi finishes it sometime soon and a winch ready to go in. I've also got a 2015 indian scout if anyone rides!

    Why are you selling? Did you get a billet set for your LT set up?

    Most of the spontaneous meets are posted on the 559yotas Facebook/IG and here. Otherwise there’s an annual bald trip and usually a huge group going to Turf N Surf.

    Hey! I was directed here for some advice on a road-trip I am planning. Brief rundown listed below, obviously looking for recommendations on the later portion of it.

    It will be 52 days on the road total from early October to early December. My girlfriend and I are outdoor enthusiasts so most of the trip is planned around National Parks, National Forests, etc...

    Really anything would be great, cool off-road trails, good local food, campgrounds, free areas to camp, hikes (short ones, won't be setting aside enough time to do multi-day hikes).

    Some highlights will be North Cascades NP, Olympic NP, Crater Lake NP, Redwood NP, Scuba trip, Deep sea fishing trip, Sequoia NP, Yosemite, Joshua Tree, Death Valley NP.

    I found out my hockey team's minor league affiliate has a 3-game west coast swing around the time we will be in San Jose/Stockton/Bakersfield, then the big-boy team comes to San Jose 2 weeks later so I planned a big part around those games.

    Here is the route I am planning, unfortunately SoCal will be slightly rushed due to having to return to work in early December and dates of sporting events.

    1st leg - West->Colville, WA

    https://goo.gl/maps/fGDqHfhmaBF2

    2nd leg - Colville->Aberdeen, WA

    https://goo.gl/maps/KfjME36Kk2u

    3rd leg - Aberdeen->Roseburg, OR

    https://goo.gl/maps/BVKwdSuqE192

    4th leg - Roseburg->San Jose, CA

    https://goo.gl/maps/RcYztpTk8om

    5th Leg - San Jose->Lake Alpine, CA

    https://goo.gl/maps/nBThrwywrdL2

    6th Leg - Lake Alpine->Chiriaco Summit, CA

    https://goo.gl/maps/oDFGn5PH5EL2

    Final Leg - Chiriaco Summit->Bozeman, MT

    Sounds like you have an awesome plan. Everything you put in your highlights section is a must see. I've been to all execpt Crater lake np but my dads been there and said it was definitely worth it. I live in Fresno CA and I've been to Yosemite literally hundreds of times, every time I go it seems like the first time.

    I do have one thing you can add. Yosemite valley is incredible and it is a MUST SEE, but if you have time take hwy 120 over Tioga pass and into Lee vining area, or use 120 to go to Yosemite valley from the East.

    Search eastern Sierra's, Mammoth lakes, convict lake area. There's also a real Western ghost town named Bodie. Amazing 7k ft elevation desert then the Sierras just rise up straight outta the ground. Awesome 4 wheelin through there. The tallest mt in the the contenental US (sorry CO), is right there mt Whitney. VERY WORTH IT.

    me and my girl are going to pismo this weekend for the first time. will be staying there friday night until sunday afternoon/evening. is there any chance anybody has a soft topper for the bed, or a camper shell they would be willing to let us borrow for the weekend? it would be going on our 2nd gen double cab short bed. we are hoping to find one so we can sleep in the bed and be covered/secure our stuff instead of trying to find a way to sleep inside the truck...
