That and other than saying the Lord's name in vain(I don't get offended when people say it, I just choose not to), I don't easily get offended

 

We just had a 5'2" 149kg'er roll through on the whambulance

 

I hate it when the patient is shaped like a cube...

I just got called to the floor to start an IV on a patient in the special bari bed. Good times.

 

Another nice crispy New England night out there, had to turn the thermostat on just in case the house dipped too cold for the little guys.
What’s in everyone’s cart tonight? I’ve been eyeing the new GoPro 7 but can’t justify 4beans since I already have one of the 4K session cameras in the factory mount.

This is very true here in WI. Another thing we have here in droves are patients who fail to masticate. GI is called to our department after hours to remove massive hunks of steak on a regular basis.

I am looking for one with side storage like that one and one that has a movable or removable rear crossbar so I can still transport my dirtbike. What racks would compare? I've failed to find any others that I like...
