@Grumpy it's only been a couple of days, but so far very pleased with them. No butt sweat.
So far, yes I would buy them again, hopefully not for this tacoma. Install was a breeze. Instructions were easy to follow. The factory clips that hook under the seats were the hardest thing to do. But if I can do it anybody can.

I actually want to try this. I had a Leer topper on the truck and the weight/rubbing plus the humidity cause the bed rails to rust all around. In one spot there's a pretty big bubble.

This would be a pretty good solution once I have the paint sanded down.

Yep USAA has been screwing me since February 2nd 2018. They totaled my vehicle and have refused to cover damages. I'd never let any insuarance company touch the vehicle outside of a tow yard till it is settled again.

First time in a long time I cleaned my Tacoma, coat of wax and even used tire shine stuff.

Cleans up well, considering I use it in the woods for work and it sees a lot of dirt/mud

New ko2 coming next week, impressed with them so far on my 4runner

Curious, so our 2gen beds are flexing constantly while driving? And this resolves the problem?

For people who add weight to the bed rails, like a camper or bed rack, the weight has a tendency to push apart the bed rails over time. You also do get some bed flex when offroading. You're probably fine if you don't have/do any of the above.

Cool, looks like the earlier second gens had a parking brake like the first gens. Always liked the Gen 1 handle parking brake!
