Awesome... it’s below 85 now so it’s “bulking” season for me... this is how I justify no cardio an remain fat.

 

Haha I used to do that... Right now I'm focused on keeping the weight off and increasing the endurance while it's cool outside. It's less painful than in the summer.

 

I need to follow suit I’m getting to old to be trying be getting bigger.

 

Run? What was chasing you? Run.....that's what water does, not for me...........ride, that's another story.

 

You're never to old to get bigger and stronger. Used to lift with two dudes in their 50's who were bodybuilders. Just have to have discipline and a PMA.

Haha. Just want to keep in shape and stay sharp.

That’s too scary, 17+ & now with all this tech. It’s never been harder,lol

 

I work late almost two nights a week in the data center to keep up with all the changes with power and fiber placements, I would say work continues to pile on more and more work each year since I have been there. At times it makes me want to find another gig but so close to being eligible for retirement from this J O B, that I don't want to start over.

 

Naw, stick it out. You’re on the home stretch now.

 

Oh I will stick it out, just have realized that I do way too much compared to the others. When I was gone for the 2.5 weeks for vaca there was a big oh good he came back look at least from management as nothing was getting done. A little gratifying but it does get old.
