Shutup and know where you're going. ;)

JK, I can see that. I just don't risk my phone in the weather either. But, just me...

I have good discipline when it comes to my phone, but I keep it in my pocket for the sole fear that it'll fall off and be destroyed. Not really eager to replace a phone that is ungodly expensive.

Most new phones are water proof? Or resistance.

Might want to upgrade your flip phone

@Lurkin and his drug dealer burner phones.

That's why you gotta do your research before going to the store. I just ignore whatever they have to tell me and their attempts to upsell me on things I don't want.
    Eep.

I didn't realize how bad Baytown smelled until I moved up north. You guys ever meet up for drinks/bs/wheeling?

That's gorgeous. A far cry from anything we have here locally.

We just had a meet up a few weeks ago, but we're planning on another big meet on October 20th I think.

We're going to have something between now and then though. Just gotta get some people together and make it happen!

I got some new tires this weekend and am very happy with the upgrade. I had a set of Yokohama HT/S tires on there, and was good with them. They were great in the dry and wet, but not so good on anything close to ice and/or snow (not often in this, but when I was, it was noticeable). I was looking around for tires since the Yoko's were getting old and were down to about 4/32s, was considering Michelin Defender LTX, Yoko HTX and saw some Yoko AT G015. Wasn't sure I wanted any ATs for the street queen as I wanted no additional noise, but the reviews seemed all good on the noise front. Was also considering the Michelins just due to their reputation for longevity and traction in wet, ice and snow.

Came down to price though, Michelins were $205/tire, Yoko HTX were $175 and the G015 were $125. Just couldn't pry the crowbar into the wallet far enough for the Michelins. So far the G015s are great. Good in the wet and dry, and they are actually quieter than the HT/Ss that I took off, but those were hard and old. The surprising thing, to me anyway, was that steering effort was a lot lighter with the new tires. Not sure if that's the tire, or the age of the take-offs, but it's a much lighter steering feel now.

Awesome. I'll keep an eye on the TTC thread.

I'd also be willing to mule anything that fits in a suitcase down from Seattle. Not sure if there's a Texas TW Express thread
