    It's a great idea. I think you meant to type "her" but it said "here", so I thought you wanted me to put kits up on this site :rofl:.

    I think that'll be the plan. I already have a keg for her, just need some more hardware and we'd have a ready to go keg smoker kit!

    Ran home real quick and wrapped the butt with some ACV and wooster sauce. pit had been rolling at 190° all morning. only at 140° IT... bumped to 285°

    Nice thing is, I set the meat setpoint at 200°, so when it hits temp, the pit will back off to 190° and hold there. :bananadance:

    bark was really nice. not super crusty due to low temp, but it'll do.

    This is also my first long distance trust of my cooker cook... :goingcrazy:

    I need to get the wifi module so I can monitor from afar

    -40 huh? The temperature where Celsius and Fahrenheit are equal. There are some things I wish that I didn't know, and they involve winters :pout:

    I don't always cook Prime grade Cap Steak when I cook steak. And don't always wrap it in bacon. Or add Chicago steak seasoning.

    Evening All im not half the cook some of you guys are but i found a deer loin in freezer usually way gone buy now. so i had a bowl of bacon grease from earlier in the week injected with bacon grease and poured the rest on it to coat with seasoning. cooked to 130 and oh crap best deer ive ever done875CA831-9348-4E21-9082-32EBA44804D3.jpg0FA866E1-8A7F-4176-89DC-098CFADC587E.jpg
