Maybe make one soon. I already started ordering parts. Got Icon suspension ordered as well as ARB front and rear lockers. Still deciding on wheels and tires as well as bumpers but they should get ordered shortly.

Yeah the whole dirt designs kit is stout. The spindles are massive, even compared to my gusseted stock spindles they are huge. Tie rods as well. There isn't a single weak component in the kit.

Sooner or later I will get some. With 3 kids and a dog I barely even bring the camera anymore due to lack of hands and time to use it thus the shot from the guy taking some family pics. But I should have a couple trips with just my wife and I this fall and next spring where I will get to document them a little more.

Sold my CBI bushmaster dual swing out. Nothing wrong with it but I wanted to build my own.

Still high clearance, actually more than the CBI but is a combo of tube and plate. Added some side protection hoops after these pics but didn’t take pics before I dropped it to be coated.

Should be done at powder next week and I will have more pictures up.

Finished up the rear bumper and ran out through the desert with the family today. Pretty mild road but we did hit a nice washout that was probably 3' deep going about 50mph. Front suspension handled it like a champ.

I am elbows deep in a rear LT install with a custom airbag setup that is removable when I don’t need the weight capacity. Dropping some photos of the build process here for record.

Looking good. I was wondering what you were up to after you sold off the rear setup.

Long travel is all done and I have taken it out on a few test drives. Today was just a mellow ride with the kids and dogs. Love the rear DMZ kit though. Hands down the most noticeable suspension change I have made. Couple random pictures of the bed cage, chase rack, bed storage hatch, etc. My son was loving the binoculars today.

real jealous, that looks awesome. You were the one doing a helper airbag set up for towing right? you have any shots of it? I ended up with your previous rear set up for now but this is definitely #goals haha.

Also, chase rack looks sweet. Looks like it's removable?

Still need to finalize to top mount for the airbags but I will post up here when it is done.

Chase rack is removable. That way I can still use the bed when we aren’t on Off-roading dedicated outings

Hey Zach, do you think those 1/8” bed rail caps would support the weight of a camper shell ?
