    Just called the company that mine says they are, dude was super helpful. $39.99 for a pair of bulbs. Doesn't seem too bad. I should probably just replace the ballasts too

    Certainly goes a lot farther in your state at least. 25 an hour in Indiana is probably closer to 16 an hour in Cali
