The Apple Car Play is also nice. Especially now that iOS 12 supports Waze on Car Play.

 

Good, it’s amazing. I feel much better about my wife driving since it’s in her car. And the adaptive cruise control is amazing too!!

 

Yeh. Though, I am not a fan of Lane Control. I might turn her Honda Crosstour 4wheel drive into my DD. It wasn't worth enough to trade and it's still too nice to just give it away.

Funny, I had a 2010 Crosstour 4WD!!!!!!

Thing was amazing in up to 5" of Harford County snow.

 

Luckily in her car the lane control is just it beeping at you, no steering wheel control. I had a rental with it though, and I had mixed feelings about it.

Agreed on the DD. Or at least make it a work commuter and save the truck for fun trips around town and camping/wheeling trips

 

That's exactly what this is. The 2010 Crosstour 6 Cylinder 4WD with Leather and Nav. It is the loaded model. But, I don't think it has held it's value like other Honda's we have owned. Still good enough for me to commute 100 miles per day in. Save a little wear and tear on my Taco.

 

Nope! The lane control, if turned on, actively bumps you back into the the lane. If off it just beeps. I played ping pong between the lines on Route 4 the other day. It was interesting until it shut off because it detected that my hands weren't on the wheel.

 

Yup, mine was the exact same thing, in that metal flake red with tanish leather.

Did you buy it new? I traded mine in 2014 for the Camry Hybrid because the 400 + miles a week commute at 16 mpg was killing us.

 

Ha! Great minds think alike. I did the same thing in the rental I had.

 

We bought it new. It is the Emerald Green Pearl color. On my commute I can average 27 mpg in the Crosstour. I have been getting 17 or 18 in my Tacoma.

 

Well then I must just drive real fast way too often.......

 

Randy, did we reuse the reinforcement brackets for my Hc bumper or did it come with new ones?

 

You talking about those two little 90° bends that hold a few bolts? We used the beefy replacements.

 

Do you remember what I did with the originals?

 

Not a fucking clue. They might still be attached to your stock bumper.

 

They arent. I just took it out of the garage to take it off and they werent on there. I dont remember if we pitched them or not. I was gonna mail them to @inesshell

 

We probably tossed them then. That’s a bummer
