Most days, I fear for the day, I have to cave in, and get out of the van.

Then, I have days where it seems like a good idea.

Lately, it's almost half and half.

    I know I wouldn't, last 6 months behind a desk.

The biggest appeal to me to go in house, or desk job,.. is being able to ride my damn bike every day. And going to the same place every day, is nowhere near as scary as it used to be.......,,

Have you, or maybe anyone else done a "blower test" to see how air tight your home is? I know my contractor mentioned today you have to pass now in MA to get your CO. Said a buddy put together a modular a few months ago that was almost impossible to get to pass, took a bunch of work to tighten everything up.

I broke my driver OEM and am on my third name brand of chatter since. Next time I go by a dealer I am going back to OEM.

No, not yet. MassSaves wont do anything until I'm done. Especially since I'm doing what I can while I have access to certain things.

My favorite, was their "offer" to have someone change my boiler, at a reduced rate, blah blah.... was 2k more than I can do it for. AND, I will do a better job.

Once I've got everything buttoned up, MassSave will come in, and do their thing.

    Air sealing will help.

I need to get cracking on my other projects so I can get there. I cant even paint or side the exterior until I have the sense pack done.

Basically doing an expensive dance... but, in the end, I'll have an old "colonial/farmhouse" up to modern codes, efficient, quality materials, etc. So, if we decide to stay, great... if not... well, I already have a ton of equity in it, and I could dump it now.

For me it meant getting out of the retail side of the tire industry and into the wholesale side, and getting weekends off. The set schedule and not having to deal with the general public anymore were well worth being stuck indoors behind a desk, but I do miss being on my feet and moving around all day.

When it first came out it didn't have local channels, so we used a HD antenna. But where our house is in a valley reception was shitty at best. Now they've added all the local channels too. They lost their contract with comedy central maybe 1.5 years ago, but not a huge deal.

Otherwise it's been great. No complaints. Flat rate every month, can add on HBO, showtime, NFL, mlb Network etc if you want. Get ESPN, nbc sn, CBS sports, nesn.

We've got 75meg up/ down fios and can run 3 TV's( you can use up to 5 on one account at a time) and 2 laptops with no noticable effect on ps vue.

Thanks for the info! Exactly what I was looking for .NESN is actually now included in the Core package. I was going to ask about your internet speed too, right now we have 150meg up/down on Comcast. I'll have to see what their internet only packages cost and will probably end up around 100 up/down.

Youtube tv. No contract. Tons of major networks. I got it because unlike NHL Network, I can actually watch Bruins games. We like it.

Ps vue does from the research I’ve done. Unlimited dvr, no multiple recordings at one time issues. I think it said they are saved for 28 days

Seth, thanks for the advice on the cam bolts. Frozen in already but we got them out and used copper brake anti-seize and put back together. Same with the brakes, cleaned them up and greased- the noise I was hearing is gone.. much appreciated :)

it's so odd that the 2010 brakes are almost identical to that except there is no connected top to bottom pin on the back side...just cotter pins on the top and bottom...BTW that's a rust free brake for sure...did you just clean it up?
