Yea. I hate having the truck sit stink bug. Its actually still alittle higher in the rear. And all of my previous trucks I always removed the overload. IMO the ride is much smoother.

Looks good, u should move your hand a little slower or turn the heat up a tad and your welds would be much nicer, not trying to criticize but trying to help out, my 2 cents

Didn't exactly do this today, but I'm finally getting around to sharing it. I deleted my rear seats in my AC and built a dog platform to match my bed platform.

I popped off my center console and found a place I could mount a bracket I made to mount a magnet to hold my pistol while I'm driving. Pretty happy with how it turned out.

Finished the "dark grey gloss" housings for my headlights. So far I'm really not happy with the color. Looks like cheap plastic. I really wanted to go for more of a metallic gunmetal color instead of black. FYI the cracked yellow reflector is going to be removed, was just used instead of tape.

I shouldn't have removed the tape since I may redo the color. I would hate to reassemble them and not like the color.

In my research on the subject, I found the consensus to be: only use a spacer that is hub centric and lug centric. The spacer you pictured will most likely push the wheel out enough that its not sitting on the hub. Therefor all of the load will be on the studs, which could cause them to sheer off.

Agree, unless you are going paper thin to just barely get you past the caliper but still have a bit of hub lip still, stick with something hubcentric.

Where are these paper thin options? I am almost leaning towards full bolt on spacers now but I hate them

*I completely read over the 2mm part in your original post* Just caught it.

What is the offset on your new wheels? Where is the 2mm of rub on the caliper? Is it on one of the corners or is it the entire face that pokes out into the wheel?
