Tacoma Newbie owner. Got my 2016 gen3 two weeks ago and starting to feel addicted to find add-ons and mods.

Grill is chrome, bought black but need to plasti dip Toyota emblem.

    So far:
    Flat black nerf steps
    Black tailgate letters
    Debadged tailgate and rear sides
    Access Lorado tonneau cover

    Any suggestions?

I was surprised at how good they looked and how easy they were to install. They cover the existing emblems perfectly.

I like the Tacoma on door derped. I already took off V6 on tailgate bc who cares..... black decals on your quicksand looks great.

Any thoughts of getting rid of that rear trd sticker? I took my off right away bc it’s a sticker and not a decal, can totally tell with wax around the edges.

The V6 badge is what it is, not necessary for sure. Every time I wash my truck I think about removing that TRD sticker but I’m kind of weird about getting very far away from a stock look. I got way out of my bubble just getting those Ray 10s and Meso turn signals. My next step is to get rid of the chrome bumper caps. They simply don’t belong on these trucks. I’m slowly venturing out, but baby steps....lol

Not a gimmick. It’s business. Dealerships offer a pain free way for car owners to sell their vehicle. Why should they take a cash flow risk for no return on investment? A lot of hating on dealerships here. But let’s face it, if they weren’t in the business to make money, you wouldn’t have a dealership to buy a new vehicle from or to get yours serviced at. Something else to keep in mind, I bought my brand new 2018 DCLB TRD off road for $34k. Dealerships have to be careful on used, especially with Toyota’s and high book values, that they don’t get priced too close or more than what you can get a new one for.
