    I have 4.10's with a manual and it's okay, totally fine on the road, sucks trying to crawl. If I had 4.56's from the factory or somebtingg I would just leave it, but if you're gonna shell out the money then for sure go 4.88's

    Yup exactly, that's what my rear end shop said too. If you're gonna spend money to regear, no sense in going from 4.10 to 4.56, may not even feel a difference anyway & told me I would be unhappy if I didn't go with 4.88.

    Put an ARB sticker on your diff's and you'll do just fine

    Yeah, you look up the actual difference in RPM at freeway speed between the three ratios and it's way smaller then I would have originally thought. People like to make it sound like with 4.88's you'll be cruising in 5th at 4500 rpm

    I'm on 4.10's now with e rated 265 75 r16 mud tires and it works well but I don't want to go bigger

    I think 4.30 will be fine. 4.56 max I wouldn’t do 4.88 unless you have 35”
