    I thought about it but figured the mx is probably a more stable platform. Plus having it all hardwired in the vehicle just makes more since to me.

    Same here, I've had a UG mounted in my truck since 2010. The only time I ever remove it is to clear someone code if in an emergency or whatever. Makes much more sense to have a UG mounted in the truck rather than viewable on a phone. IMO phone is only good for quick checks rather then full time display.

    I sent an email to ultraguage asking about the MX and Blue. Apparently Blue does everything that the MX does and more (they didn't state what "more" meant). Anybody have any pros/cons between the models? Kinda torn now which version I want. Have an extra smartphone to use as a display. Just not sure.
