Yes sir. They have a normal weight area and then this is the “cross fit” area which is basically the best place to do any leg excersize.

    It’s not bad for 24/7 and $35/month

Looks nicer than our company gym that never has the AC working and smells like sweaty socks.

It’s not bad. I miss the big city at times. can get a membership at golds gym express for $10/month and have a lot more equipment. This place is pricey for what it is but it’s not terrible. I got lucky and got in when it was $35/month. Now it’s $45/month. typical small town tax.

    How’s the tundra ?

Yeah i think I used to pay $35/mo when I worked out at the YMCA in Alvin.

Penelope is doing well. She needs an oil change and all her other fluids checked but I'm working OT til Saturday and don't get paid til the 4th. So she's just gunna have to deal with it til I have some time off and money

I feel ya. Those are the best looking tundras IMO. I wish you could get one with the 5.7. Perfect compact full size.

I'm pretty happy with the 4.7 though. I'm just glad I got one with vvti. More hp/tq and 5spd so it gets almost the same mileage as my old 3.4 did

True true. I looked for a low mileage blue one for the longest time. Finding one that was 4wd and in good condition was even more difficult.

    Awesome truck tho man.

Only thing that sucks is they don’t have free mini towels. They used to have free mini towels for working out but they did away with that.

I guess too many people were taking em home with em or something

    You motherfu...

Yeah, I can see that. I'd go online and buy a pack of small while towels and use those. I trust my cleaning more. Lol

Best ones I've found are heavy-duty bar towels that I found at Bed, Bath and Beyond (yes, I actually went in there looking). I wanted something bigger than a normal wash cloth, but less than the hand towels. The heavy-duty bar towels are a thick material and sized just about right for the sweat moppers I need (require ;-)
