Taking control/ownership/accountability of your business/personal affairs and having a purposeful life is an active choice you made!

    Sadly, not everyone does this.

Pretty good deal for sure. Just asked coworker.

He likes it, his complaints are that the ladder is cheaper than he would like and condensation builds inside the tent on the mat, but he thinks its fair for the price.

I feel like I recently saw a CVT + trailer for sale here locally in Florence SC (on TacomaWorld). I don't remember the price but I remember thinking it was a good deal!

I just sold my shell to put the RTT on the back. It would be amazing and al to have a overland trailer but I don’t do enough of that, or have enough expendable cash, to get it.

One thing I regret and wish I’d known about Dave Ramsey sooner is getting into a 30 year mortgage instead of 15. Next month I would be 1/3 through it instead of looking at 25 more years. Ive always thrown an extra bit towards principal at it each month so it’ll be a couple years less than 30 but still.

I was quoted $2800 from a company in VA for a 5x8 enclosed trailer that has a reinforced roof and ladder strong enough to climb up and walk on, plus hold two portly adults and the RTT, as well as carry all the camping gear inside.

I haven't talked to Eddy about it yet to see if he could do something similar, but that may also be a consideration.

When we got our 30 year we were told that if you make one extra payment per year it will pay off in 15 years. I haven't done the math, just took them on their word.

Totally understandable. I feel the same way.

Coworkers recommendation is to pay an extra $500 or so for a CVT if you find one fairly priced, but if not, the Tuff Stuff is a good deal and you will overall be happy with it.

Nice I’m right around that number.

Hey I haven’t heard anything from @HrBrad8 about meeting to get your winch for Saturday. Have you?

One full extra payment a year equals cutting 7 years off the loan of a 30 year mortgage if applied to principle only.
