    2018 new Frame (thank you Rust!), FJ T-case swap. SPC(LR) UCAs, Bilstein 5100s front - rear, OME 883 at 0, HeadStrongOffRoad 3 leaf progressive AAL, MESO custom 2nd gen (Red/White) LED dome & Ultimate Maps, Spyder Halo Projector w LEDs (which SUCK), Spyder LED tails
    I received my Dual Maps today, Hooray!


    I wonder IF it make a difference which way the male end (red vs black wire lead) is orientated relative to the female housing it is going into?
    Should both sides (Right vs Left) be the same? for example have the Red lead orientated toward the front (of the housing/truck)
    Well, that is what i did and we have Light for sure.

    The Right side is perfect, the Left side is a bit fickle. It seem like the wire is a bit loose inside of either the mid or end plastic fitting, but i've seemed to have messed with it a few times and it's holding so far.

    Now just need the 51 Ohm resistors to arrive and i'll have a brand new, better than new overhead console !!

    I installed both maps and dome. Easy peasy. I did cut myself taking off the dang chrome reflectors.

    I ordered the red for now. I really like the red maps lights before the white. White was so bright it almost blinded me at night

    Got my dual maps installed. Definitely more simple if you pull the old reflectors out. My first attempt to install, the "action" on the lights was really rough. I think the small two wire harness was hanging up on something. I pulled the light down, and stuffed that harness up into the console further and then the "action" is smooth as silk now.

    These are a big upgrade from OEM lights! I wish there was less red and more white. The red is great, but it could be a tad softer.

    Loving them! Great work @mesojdm !!!
